I’m hoping that the new season is going to be better, I do believe that there is a lot of potential.
I like the idea of an SPN/GO crossover, but I still can’t wrap my head around it fully. This has nothing to do with the timeline, or minor disagreements between their respective mythoi. It is because of a fundamental difference in each universe— it’s about the fact that the world of Good Omens is a world in which good things are actually capable of happening. The world of Supernatural, in contrast, is a wasteland of broken dreams, and down its cracked and empty highways no heroes walk but only failed pretenders, their psyches broken, their faded flannel shirts flapping in a cold west wind— the death rattle of your loving god.
The fan art is fun, though.
